The AFC Wild Card primetime game is an AFC North division rivalry between the Ravens and Bengals. Expect this to be an absolute physical battle in the trenches. We lock in on player prop value with the Baltimore offense. Backup QB Tyler Huntley will get another start with Lamar Jackson out and his lines are O/U 14.5 completions and O/U 162.5 passing yards.
Huntley is coming into the game listed as questionable. He’s dealing with a wrist and right throwing shoulder injury that held him out last week. In order to have a shot at upsetting the Bengals, Baltimore will NEED to dominate time of possession by pounding the ground game. Look for a heavy dose of J.K. Dobbins and Huntley scrambling with his legs. In 5 games this year, he’s only averaging 131.6 passing yds/game including games with just 8 and 9 completions. The key is the defense he’s facing. Cincinnati is ranked #1 in the NFL in opponent completion percentage, allowing just 58.9% on the year. They even limited Patrick Mahomes to 16 completions earlier this season. They will look to get after Huntley in obvious passing downs and it should be tough for him to find open throwing windows. Because Cincinnati has been susceptible to the big play (ranked 29th in the NFL with an average of 11.1 yds/opponent completion), we love the value on the
overall pass completions. They should limit Huntley’s easy looks and force him to hang onto the ball. With Huntley’s shoulder injury and the style of play expected tonight we love this play!
Take Tyler Huntley UNDER 14.5 completions for a winner!
