We look to cash another primetime NBA total tonight in the Western Conference.

The resurgent Clippers host the Timberwolves with the current line listed at Clippers -6.5 and O/U 223.5 points. Lock in on the total here. While the Clippers haven’t been flashy to start the year, they’ve been way more efficient offensively over the past couple weeks with Paul George and Kawhi Leonard both finally healthy (Over is 4-1 in their last 5). Look for them both to be efficient scorers and distributors against a horrible defense tonight. On the other side of the ball the T-Wolves can get buckets and play lackluster defense. They are ranked 9th in the NBA averaging 115.3PPG and allow the 4th most at 116.7PPG. They just gave up 124 and 133 points to the Blazers in back-to-back games. Line functionality matters. With no KAT for Minnesota and D’Angelo Russell listed as questionable you might think the T-Wolves won’t have enough firepower to hit the number tonight. Oddsmakers place value on the over as they know the quality of defense will be very low from Minnesota tonight and they have guys who can score without KAT in the lineup. Anthony Edwards should have a very aggressive scoring line tonight. In the last 10 matchups between these teams, 224+ points have been scored 80% of the time.
