COMPLIMENTARY PICK

Mikal Bridges OVER 4.5 Rebounds

A Western Conference powerhouse matchup yields good player prop value if you know where to look. We look to the Suns starting SF Mikal Bridges. He’s expected to score about 13.5 points, but his rebounding is where the underlying value lies. The O/U is set at 4.5 rebounds. Let’s dig in. While his career average is 4.3 rebounds per game, Bridges averages 7.3 rebounds/game so far this year and plays bigger than his size due to athleticism.

Plus, he’s on the court a ton due to his versatility, playing 38+ minutes per game so his opportunities will be there. Key note: with Jae Crowder sitting out amidst trade discussions, SF Cam Johnson has been getting more minutes as the fifth starter. Johnson is a worse rebounder than Crowder as he plays on the perimeter a lot. Outside of center Deandre Ayton, Bridges should be the #2 rebounder tonight. Expect Bridges to be slashing around the rim and being very active. Golden state has been playing at a furious pace of play to start the year, averaging an NBA-best 125.3PPG. Both defenses are very technical, and it should play to more of a battle, leading to more missed shots and rebounding opportunity. Bridges rebounding prop Over has gone 2-1 this year.

He will make it 3-1 tonight – Take Mikal Bridges OVER 4.5 rebounds!
