Friday night in the NBA provides value for us with another Mavericks point total line.

We cashed the Mavs over on Tuesday night so should we ride that one more time? Think again. We like the matchup here to be played at a very controlled pace. The defenses are very high quality. Milwaukee comes in with the #3 ranked defense in opponent PPG and Dallas is #4. Milwaukee holds opponents to just 44.6% shooting from the field, ranking 1st in the NBA. With Krhis Middleton back healthy, their defense improves even more. They will be able to keep Luka Doncic in check and the rest of the Mavs roster struggles to put up points. On the other side of the ball, Dallas is a lock-down team with defenders at all 5 positions. Important trend: on the road the Bucks are simply a different team this season. They average just 106.3PPG in road games, ranking 29th in the NBA (2nd last). The under is 13-3 in their last 16 road games. These teams matched up recently on November 27th and the Bucks won 124-115. While the over cashed that game, oddsmakers had the line at 216.5. We feel it should be closer to that again tonight.
